Ind. Code § 22-12-8-2

Violations; infraction

As added by P.L.245-1987, SEC.1.

A person who violates:

  1. (1) a rule adopted under this article, IC 22-13 , IC 22-14 , or IC 22-15 ;
  2. (2) a condition of a permit, certification, registration, release, authorization, variance, exemption, or other license issued under this article, IC 22-13 , IC 22-14 , IC 22-15 ; or

  3. (3) any other order issued under this article, IC 22-13 , IC 22-14 , IC 22-15 ;

    commits a Class C infraction.
