Ind. Code § 22-11-20-5

"Law"

As added by P.L.17-2001, SEC.4. Amended by P.L.2-2008, SEC.46.

As used in this chapter, "law" includes the following:

  1. (1) IC 13 or a rule adopted under IC 13 .
  2. (2) IC 15-16-1 or a rule adopted under IC 15-16-1 .
  3. (3) IC 22-8-1.1 or a rule adopted under IC 22-8-1.1 .
  4. (4) An equipment law.
