Ind. Code § 22-11-17-6 – Construction of chapter

(a) This chapter does not prohibit the securing of a building from illegal entry or exit during nonbusiness or nonworking hours.
(b) This chapter is not intended to conflict with the requirements of IC 22-8-1.1 and the rules adopted pursuant thereto.
