"Eligible institution", for purposes of:

1. (1) IC 21-12 , has the meaning set forth in IC 21-12-1-8 ;
2. (2) IC 21-13 , has the meaning set forth in IC 21-13-1-3 ;
3. (3) IC 21-16 , has the meaning set forth in IC 21-16-1-7 ;
4. (4) IC 21-43 , has the meaning set forth in IC 21-43-1-3 ; and

5. (5) IC 21-44 , has the meaning set forth in IC 21-44-1-10 .
