1. (a) Not later than November 1, 2026, an approved postsecondary educational institution shall provide to the commission for higher education the following information:

   1. (1) The number of foreign students enrolled in a qualifying program at the approved postsecondary educational institution as of August 15, 2026.
   2. (2) The number of foreign students enrolled in a qualifying program at the approved postsecondary educational institution for each academic year for the preceding ten (10) years.
2. (b) This section expires July 1, 2027.
