The following definitions apply throughout this chapter:

1. (1) ''Contract'' has the meaning set forth in 20 U.S.C. 1011f(h)(1).
2. (2) ''Foreign source'' has the meaning set forth in 20 U.S.C. 1011f(h)(2).
3. (3) ''Gift'' has the meaning set forth in 20 U.S.C. 1011f(h)(3).
4. (4) ''Institution'' has the meaning set forth in 20 U.S.C. 1011f(h)(4) and refers only to an institution located in Indiana.
5. (5) ''Restricted or conditional gift or contract'' has the meaning set forth in 20 U.S.C. 1011f(h)(5).
