The center must be located at Purdue University at West Lafayette. In carrying out its duties under this chapter, the center must cooperate with and may use the resources of the following:

1. (1) Indiana geological and water survey and other state educational institutions.
2. (2) A state or federal department or agency.
3. (3) A political subdivision.

4. (4) Interest groups representing business, environment, industry, science, and technology.
