Ind. Code § 21-45-1-2

"Center"

"Center":

  1. (1) for purposes of IC 21-45-4 , refers to an adult stem cell research center established under IC 21-45-4-1 to carry out the duties specified by IC 21-45-4 ; and

  2. (2) for purposes of IC 21-45-5 , refers to a spinal cord and head injury research center established under IC 21-45-5 .
