"Licensed campus medical professional" means any of the following individuals who are employed by or have contracted with a postsecondary educational institution and are designated by the postsecondary educational institution to serve in such a capacity under IC 21-44.5-2-2 (b):

1. (1) A physician licensed under IC 25-22.5 .
2. (2) A physician assistant licensed under IC 25-27.5 .
3. (3) An advanced practice registered nurse or registered nurse who is licensed under IC 25-23 .
