"Cadaver" means a whole human postmortem body that:

1. (1) has been donated under IC 29-2-16.1 ;
2. (2) is unclaimed by a relative or other legal representative and that would otherwise be required to be buried at public expense; or

3. (3) is otherwise legally procured by the Indiana University School of Medicine.
