An institution shall include the following information in the institution's programming for new students:

1. (1) The importance of:

   1. (A) free inquiry and free expression; and
   2. (B) intellectual diversity of viewpoints.
2. (2) The appropriate and inappropriate responses to speech that a student finds offensive or disagreeable.
