Ind. Code § 21-38-8-6

Approval or disapproval of matching funds

  1. (a) The council shall approve or disapprove a matching grant application within sixty (60) days after the application is received by the council.

  2. (b) The council may approve a grant application with an amount that is the same or less than the amount requested by the state educational institution.
