Ind. Code § 21-35-2-5 – Effect of Acts 1977, P.L. 250

(a) Acts 1977, P.L.250 does not affect the issuance of bonds for projects approved by the budget committee and the governor before July 1, 1977.
(b) The termination of bonding authority under Acts 1977, P.L.250 does not prevent, limit, or affect the issuance of bonds under IC 5-1-5 .
