Ind. Code § 21-35-2-19

Tax exemption

As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.276.

All:

(1) property acquired under authority of this chapter or used for the purposes provided in this chapter; and
(2) bonds issued under the authority of this chapter, together with the interest on the bonds;
are exempt from taxation.
