Ind. Code § 21-34-6-15

Payment of interest

As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.275.

Interest may be:

  1. (1) payable semiannually, annually, or at any other interval or intervals as may be provided in the resolution or indenture; or
  2. (2) compounded and paid at maturity or at any other times as specified in the resolution or indenture.
