"Person" includes:

1. (1) a corporation;
2. (2) a limited liability company;
3. (3) a partnership;
4. (4) a firm;
5. (5) an association;
6. (6) a joint venture;
7. (7) an individual; and

8. (8) any combination of the entities listed in this section.
