The commission may require a postsecondary SEI affiliated educational institution to provide information concerning the:

1. (1) financial position of the postsecondary SEI affiliated educational institution;
2. (2) academic programs and instruction offered by the postsecondary SEI affiliated educational institution; and

3. (3) student outcomes;

   and make the information publicly available.
