Exemption from public meetings (open door) law, public records law, and state board of accounts examinations

Notwithstanding any other law, a postsecondary SEI affiliated educational institution is not subject to the following:
- (1) IC 5-14-1.5 .
- (2) IC 5-14-3 .
- (3) IC 5-11-1-9 .
