Board of trustees; operation

The board of trustees of Indiana University may do any of the following for the Fort Wayne School of Fine Arts:
- (1) Operate the Fort Wayne School of Fine Arts as a part of Indiana University.
- (2) Charge tuition.
- (3) Grant degrees.
(4) Lease property.
