The board of trustees of Indiana University may do any of the following for the Fort Wayne School of Fine Arts:

1. (1) Operate the Fort Wayne School of Fine Arts as a part of Indiana University.
2. (2) Charge tuition.
3. (3) Grant degrees.

4. (4) Lease property.
