There shall be the following four (4) ex officio members of the board of trustees:

1. (1) The president of the university.
2. (2) The superintendent of the Vincennes Community School Corporation.
3. (3) The superintendent of the South Knox School Corporation.

4. (4) The superintendent of the North Knox School Corporation.
