The board of trustees must include at least the following:

1. (1) One (1) member who is an alumnus of the University of Southern Indiana or an alumnus of the regional campus.
2. (2) One (1) member who is a full-time student in good standing enrolled in the University of Southern Indiana.

3. (3) One (1) member who is a resident of Vanderburgh County.
