The board of trustees shall elect:

1. (1) one (1) member as president;
2. (2) one (1) member as treasurer;
3. (3) one (1) member as secretary; and

4. (4) any other officers the trustees consider necessary.

   The board of trustees shall prescribe the duties and fix the compensation of the officers elected under this section.
