1. (a) The commission may develop a definition for and report biennially to the:

   1. (1) general assembly;
   2. (2) governor; and

   3. (3) state board;

      on attrition and persistence rates by students enrolled in state career and technical education.

2. (b) A report under this section to the general assembly must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .
