Not later than December 1, 2023, and each December 1 thereafter, the commission shall do the following:

1. (1) Prepare a report that includes information regarding the:

   1. (A) comprehensive career navigation and coaching system developed and implemented under section 5 of this chapter;
   2. (B) amount of grants awarded to each eligible entity under section 7 of this chapter;
   3. (C) career coaching services provided by eligible entities that receive grants under this chapter; and
   4. (D) outcomes from the career coaching services described in clause (C) upon completion of high school.

2. (2) Submit the report to the following:

   1. (A) The governor.
   2. (B) The general assembly in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .
