As used in this chapter, "eligible entity" means any of the following:
- (1) A school corporation.
- (2) A public school, including a charter school.
- (3) A state accredited nonpublic school.
- (4) An approved intermediary.
- (5) A career coaching provider approved by the department under section 8 of this chapter.
