Before May 1, 2024, the commission and the department shall do the following:
- (1) Develop the designation required by section 3 of this chapter.
- (2) Establish and publicize the criteria for awarding the designation.
- (3) Prescribe the form and manner of applying for a designation.
- (4) Make the process for applying for a designation available to interested state educational institutions, approved postsecondary educational institutions, or other postsecondary educational institutions on the commission's website.
