Ind. Code § 21-18-13-3
"Athletic activity"
As added by P.L.139-2014, SEC.4. Amended by P.L.127-2016, SEC.24.
As used in this chapter, "athletic activity" includes the following:
- (1) An athletic contest or competition conducted between or among postsecondary educational institutions.
- (2) Competitive and noncompetitive cheerleading that is sponsored by or associated with a postsecondary educational institution.
