Ind. Code § 21-16-1-6 – "Eligible employer"

"Eligible employer" means:

(1) an approved postsecondary educational institution;
(2) a state or local governmental unit;
(3) a private nonprofit organization located in Indiana performing work in the public interest; or
(4) a for-profit company.
