1. (a) IC 20-12-19.5-1 (as amended by P.L.52-2000, before its repeal, now codified at sections 1, 2, and 3 of this chapter) applies to a student enrolled at a state educational institution after July 31, 2000.
2. (b) IC 20-12-19.5-2 (as added by P.L.52-2000, before its repeal, now codified at section 4 of this chapter) applies to a student enrolled at a state educational institution after July 31, 2000.
