Provisions outside this article that provide for educational costs exemptions and reductions include the following:

1. (1) IC 10-12-2-6 (free tuition for children of an employee of the state police department who is killed in the line of duty).

2. (2) IC 10-12-2-11 (child or spouse of an employee of the state police department who sustains catastrophic personal injury in the line of duty).
