Ind. Code § 21-13-9-2

"Primary care"

As added by P.L.205-2013, SEC.219.

As used in this chapter, "primary care" means the practice of medicine in any of the following areas:

(1) Family practice.
(2) Pediatrics.
(3) Obstetrics and gynecology.
(4) Internal medicine.
(5) Psychiatric.
