Ind. Code § 21-13-8-0.5

"Underserved county"

As added by P.L.196-2025, SEC.9.

As used in this chapter, "underserved county" means one (1) or more of the following:

(1) Allen County.
(2) Marion County.
(3) Lake County.
(4) St. Joseph County.
(5) Vanderburgh County.
