Compliance reports considered in the evaluation of subsequent grant applications

The commission shall consider the information submitted under section 12 of this chapter when evaluating a subsequent application from a recruiting organization or program. An applicant may be denied a grant under this chapter based on the information submitted under section 12 of this chapter.
