Ind. Code § 21-12-16.5-7

Contract requirements

As added by P.L.161-2023, SEC.3.

Before receiving a scholarship under this chapter, the applicant must enter into a contract with the commission agreeing to:

(1) the terms and conditions described in section 5(a)(5) of this chapter; and
(2) any other terms and conditions established by the commission.
