1. (b) The department shall provide services that offer objective advice upon request to parents of a career scholarship student or an emancipated career scholarship student relating to services that can help meet the career scholarship student's or emancipated career scholarship student's particular needs, including the provision of any services for which the department contracts under IC 20-51.4-4.5-7 (b).
2. (c) The department may contract with a third party provider to provide the services described in subsection (a).

Sec. 6. (a) The department shall provide services that offer objective advice upon request to parents of an eligible student or an emancipated eligible student relating to services that can help meet the eligible student's or emancipated eligible student's particular needs.
