Sec. 17. (a) A governing body may amend a plan to:

1. (1) provide money for the purposes of the fund; or
2. (2) supplement money accumulated in the fund for the purposes of the fund.

3. (b) Subject to any notice and hearing requirements, a school corporation may amend a plan to include expenditures under IC 20-40-8-19 .
