Eligibility; implementation of primetime program
As added by P.L.2-2006, SEC.166.
In order to receive a distribution under this chapter, a school corporation must implement the primetime program in the following order:
- (1) Grade 1.
- (2) Grade 2.
- (3) Grade 3 or kindergarten.
(4) The grade not chosen under subdivision (3).
