The following definitions apply throughout this chapter:

1. (1) "Eligible teacher" refers to a teacher who:

   1. (A) teaches a dual credit class; and

   2. (B) either:

      1. (i) holds; or

      2. (ii) is in the process of obtaining;

         a master's degree that includes at least eighteen (18) credit hours in the subject area of the dual credit class the teacher teaches.

2. (2) "Fund" refers to the dual credit teacher stipend matching grant fund established by section 2 of this chapter.
