"State tuition support" means the amount of state funds to be distributed to:

1. (1) a school corporation other than a virtual charter school in any state fiscal year under this article for all grants, distributions, and awards described in IC 20-43-2-3 ; and

2. (2) a virtual charter school in any state fiscal year under IC 20-43-6-3 .
