Sec. 14. Money in the fund may be used to purchase any of the following for the use of vocational building trades classes to construct new buildings and remodel existing buildings:

1. (1) Building sites.
2. (2) Buildings in need of renovation.
3. (3) Building materials.

4. (4) Equipment.
