Ind. Code § 20-37-2-5

Age of students

As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.21.

Attendance in:

(1) day and part-time classes is restricted to persons who are at least fourteen (14) years of age; and
(2) evening classes is restricted to persons who are at least sixteen
(16) years of age.
