Contracts with nonprofit corporations

  1. (a) The governing body of a school corporation may contract with a nonprofit corporation to establish and maintain a career and technical education program in the building trades solely to teach the principles of building construction to students enrolled in grades 9 through 12.
  2. (b) A career and technical education program established under this section is limited to the construction of buildings upon real property owned by the nonprofit corporation.
