As used in this chapter, "amplification device" means:
- (1) a hearing aid;
- (2) a cochlear implant;
- (3) a bone anchored hearing device;
- (4) a direct microphone system; or
- (5) any combination of the aids, implants, devices, or systems described in subdivisions (1) through (4).
