This subsection applies to reports of scores in mathematics and English/language arts. Reports must:

1. (1) provide scores indicating student performance relative to each of the academic standards:

   1. (A) established by the state board; and
   2. (B) assessed by the test;
2. (2) be related to passing scores established by the state board; and

3. (3) contain the information listed in subdivisions (1) and (2) for the following levels:

   1. (A) Individual student.
   2. (B) Classroom.
   3. (C) School.
   4. (D) School corporation.

   5. (E) Indiana.
