The governing body shall provide in each public school for the illustrative teaching of:

1. (1) the spread of disease by:

   1. (A) rats;
   2. (B) flies; and

   3. (C) mosquitoes;

      and the effects of disease; and

2. (2) disease prevention by proper food selection and consumption.
