Ind. Code § 20-30-16-6.5 – Approval of civics course

The department in accordance with requirements established by the state board shall approve a civics course access program course that:

(1) meets the requirements under IC 20-30-5-2 (a); and
(2) is presented with special emphasis on the items listed in IC 20-30-5-5 (a) and IC 20-30-5-6 (b).
