Ind. Code § 20-30-16-4

"School corporation"

As added by P.L.80-2017, SEC.1.

As used in this chapter, "school corporation" means the following:

(1) A school corporation (as defined in IC 20-26-2-4 ).
(2) A charter school established under IC 20-24 .
