Ind. Code § 20-30-10-2.7 – Course development and implementation

(a) The state board shall:
1. (1) develop algebra I, algebra II, and geometry courses that include:
  1. (A) real world application; and
  2. (B) project based and inquiry based learning; and
2. (2) implement the courses described in subdivision (1) not later than the 2025-2026 school year.
(b) The state board may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this section.
(c) This section expires July 1, 2027.
