Unlawful participation in strike
As added by P.L.1-2005, SEC.13.
It is unlawful for:
- (1) a school employee;
- (2) a school employee organization; or
(3) an affiliate, including state or national affiliates, of a school employee organization;
to take part in or assist in a strike against a school employer or school corporation.
